SeatMarket provides a marketplace platform connecting season ticket holders who wish to sell tickets for specific fixtures with fans who wish to purchase those tickets. We act as an intermediary and do not own, sell, or control the tickets ourselves.

3. Eligibility

To use SeatMarket, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification
• Comply with all applicable laws and club regulations

4. User Accounts

4.1 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

4.2 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to our platform or users.

5. Season Ticket Holder Responsibilities

As a seller, you agree to:

• Only list tickets you legally own or control
• Comply with your club's ticket resale policies
• Price tickets within the club's approved pricing guidelines
• Transfer tickets promptly upon sale
• Not list the same ticket on multiple platforms
• Accept payment through SeatMarket's approved payment processors

6. Buyer Responsibilities

As a buyer, you agree to:

• Use tickets only for personal attendance
• Not resell tickets purchased through SeatMarket
• Comply with stadium rules and club policies
• Provide accurate payment information
• Accept digital ticket delivery

7. Pricing and Fees

7.1 Seller Fees

Sellers pay a 5% commission on each successful ticket sale. This fee covers platform costs, payment processing, and fraud prevention.

7.2 Buyer Fees

Buyers pay a 3% booking fee on each ticket purchase. This fee covers secure payment processing and buyer protection.

7.3 Pricing Policies

All tickets must be priced according to the respective football club's pricing policy. SeatMarket enforces these policies and may remove listings that violate pricing guidelines.

8. Payment Terms

• All payments are processed through our secure payment partners
• Sellers receive payment instantly upon ticket sale
• Funds are held in your SeatMarket wallet until withdrawn
• Withdrawals typically process within 1-2 business days
• Chargebacks may result in account suspension
• We reserve the right to hold funds for fraud investigation

9. Ticket Transfer and Reclaim

9.1 Ticket Transfer

Upon sale, tickets must be transferred to the buyer within the timeframe specified by the platform. Failure to transfer may result in refund and account penalties.

9.2 Reclaim Rights

Sellers may reclaim unsold tickets before the club's specified deadline (typically 48 hours before kickoff). Once the deadline passes or the ticket is sold, reclaim is not possible.

10. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Use automated systems (bots) to purchase or list tickets
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent platform rules
• Engage in price manipulation or market abuse
• List counterfeit or fraudulent tickets
• Use the platform for ticket scalping or speculation
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Attempt to circumvent our fee structure

11. Intellectual Property

All content on SeatMarket, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is owned by SeatMarket or our licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our express written permission.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

SeatMarket is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or specific results. Football matches may be cancelled or rescheduled - we are not responsible for events beyond our control.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SeatMarket shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms shall first be addressed through good faith negotiations. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled through binding arbitration in accordance with Greek arbitration rules.

15. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

16. Governing Law
